Abstract: In this lecture we consider two types of moving and free boundary value problems arising in fluid dynamics. The first one concerns so called fluid structure interaction problems, whereas the second one deals with the evolution of a drop of a liquid put on a rotating disc, offen called the spin-coating process. We analyze both problems by the maximal Lp-regularity approach.
